Epiphany is an architecture firm that specializes in illumination, sustainability, and human centric design solutions. The idea was to develop a logo and brand identity that represented Lighting and Architecture in an abstract way to make it more unique and sophisticated.
The logo is modern, sophisticated, geometric and abstract in nature. It exactly represents the values of the brand and also represents what the company does. It represents the mission and vision on which thebrand was built. The logo looks premium and gives it a confident, bold and trustworthy character.
Logo Design
Louvers are a great example of an architectural element that represents illumination / natural lighting and sustainability. It is an element that is used widely in buildings to achieve energy efficiency and natural lighting. The concept combines the structure of the Louvre with the monogram “E” to create a sophisticated logo that is corporate, unique, and dynamic.
TYPOGRAPHY
Zen Dots is the typeface that is used for the logo type. The typeface is customized by adding vertical cuts that resembles to the geometry of the logo mark. The primary typeface is Manrope and which is a sans serif font that is modern, clean and minimal. It is a free font for commercial and personal use. Manrope will be mainly used for headlines and all caps text in print and digital mediums.
COLORS
The consistent use of color is vital to effective brand recognition. The primary color used here is Petronas, Smoky Black and Grey. These colors have been used throughout the brand elements to increase brand recognition and consistency in all mediums.
BRAND PATTERNS
Three brand patterns have been created to support the identity of the Brand. These patterns have been used across both print and digital mediums to make it more aesthetic and unique. All the patterns have been generated by using theshapes in the logo, so that it is visually harmonious and relevant to the context.
